Now that I have your attention, 2010 is ending its first quarter and it’s Time to give all the men a round of applause. If for no other reason, at least for their hair.
Men have stepped up their game by rocking good hair.
From high end products to professional styl- ing, men have reached new levels in the fight against bad hair. It’s quite astonishing what a proper hairstyle can do for a guy. He can go from Steve, the guy with a desk next to the water cooler to who’s the new guy Steve, and is he single!
Through the years men have rocked a wide range of hairstyles... but not always good ones. We hear it all the time from women “I wish I could get my man to get a decent hair cut.” Men have been traditionally more about convenience than style. Hairstylists take face shape, color, tex- ture and your ability to style all into consideration when masterminding your optimum coif. And you ask what does this mean, in short while we are no magician (well not all of us) we can distract from parts of a face and in some cases body, that are less flattering. Secret is, there’s a formula for a great hairstyle. For example:
Wide Forehead= Bangs Lazy Eye= Side Bangs (Cover the Lazy Eye) Overly Long Neck= Long Hair with angles Full Face= Angles to Create Cheek Bones Premature Aging= Color/Extensions for fullness Short Stature= Shorter hair makes you look taller Overly Tall= Longer Hair
And that is why Sally from Accounting just went from Sally with the “five head” (longer version of a forehead) to Sally that smoking hot girl with bangs! Ok, so maybe we are magicians after all.
So my point to all of this is to give insight on how a trained stylist can take you from Zero to Hero with as little as one visit. With a proper cut, style, knowledge and direction of
what products to use, you could turn some new heads and deepen the dating pool! To the husbands, nothing will get your wives going more than a well-groomed stud (meaning you of course). So schedule your consultation with a reputable salon, and you’ll love this part, they are usually FREE!! But you owe it to yourself (and your other half). So give it a shot, really listen and learn. Oh and I almost forgot the most intriguing part that is sure to lure you in, a salon is usually full of beautiful women (just F.Y.I!) With that these Divos are out!
